Abstract
INTRODUZIONE: L'uso della simulazione nella formazione degli infermieri è aumentato negli ultimi decenni, consentendo l'acquisizione e lo sviluppo di diverse competenze.
OBIETTIVO: Comprendi le esperienze degli studenti infermieri che hanno utilizzato la tuta di simulazione di invecchamento
METODO: Studio qualitativo di natura fenomenologica. I partecipanti erano studenti in allattamento, che hanno usato la tuta di simulazione per anziani. La raccolta dei dati è stata effettuata attraverso l'intervista e l'analisi dei dati è stata eseguita secondo il metodo fenomenologico Giorgi. RISULTATI: Tre temi riflettono l'essenza dell'esperienza: percepire l’essere anziani; Confronto con il proprio processo di invecchiamento; Sviluppo delle competenze.
CONCLUSIONE: Se, da un lato, gli studenti che hanno utilizzato la tuta di simulazione per anziani hanno sperimentato una compromissione sensoriale e motoria e un conseguente confronto con il proprio processo di invecchiamento, dall'altro hanno sperimentato lo sviluppo di abilità scientifiche, relazionali e di cittadinanza. Si prevede che i risultati di questo lavoro promuoveranno l'uso della tuta di simulazione invecchiata come metodologia complementare, con un potenziale impatto sulla qualità dell'assistenza e sui benefici per la salute.
