Abstract
ABSTRACT INTRODUZIONE: Nel mese di febbraio 2020 il primo caso di COVID-19 è arrivato in Canton Ticino. A partire da quel momento molte cose sono cambiate a grande velo-cità soprattutto nelle organizzazioni sanitarie e questi cambiamenti hanno avuto un forte impatto sulla professione infermieristica. L’obiettivo di questa ricerca era: Indagare i vis-suti di infermieri che nei diversi livelli organizzativi si sono trovati confrontati con la pan-demia COVID nel primo mese in cui si è manifestata. METODI: Ricerca Narrativa. La raccolta dati è avvenuta coinvolgendo un campione composto da 20 infermieri che lavorano in contesti e ruoli diversi in Canton Ticino. Le narrazioni raccolte sono state analizzate attraverso un’analisi tematica del loro contenuto usando Nvivo 12®. RISULTATI: L’analisi tematica delle narrazioni ha permesso di definire 26 temi e 6 macrotemi: Pandemia, Cosa cambia, Comunicazione, Emozioni/vissuti, Ruolo e imma-gine, Collaborazione interprofessionale. I risultati di questa ricerca permettono di com-prendere come un gruppo eterogeneo di infermieri ha vissuto il particolare periodo di manifestazione e diffusione della pandemia in Canton Ticino e quali riflessioni ne sono derivate. Alcuni aspetti evidenziati si possono confrontare con quanto presente nella let-teratura internazionale sul tema per trovare vie di azione comuni per la leadership infer-mieristica che, nei diversi Paesi, si trova confrontata con il dover organizzare, gestire e sostenere i professionisti infermieri in questa e future pandemie. CONCLUSIONI: I risultati di questa ricerca possono essere utilizzati sia a livello orga-nizzativo che a livello formativo e possono rappresentare il punto di partenza per future ricerche.
